watch this space:

i'm still hunting down a piece of poetry (if one can call that poetry) n putting it here.. exactly on tis day as a reminder of a report. ;p)

these are the words that drove pangs in my heart then, as a student in NUS struggling with my belief in His existence, and how I wish I can be like Ps Julie who has not regretted a day being a Christian:

If I Can

If, my whole life thus far,
I can put it in a bottle
fling it into the sea
turn my back against it
walk away and never look back.

If I can renounce my faith
tell God that I don't believe in Him,
say that I want no part of Him anymore

But you see, I can't...
I have gone too far in life to not remember
done too many things
known too many names of people and places

I guess what is what you ask for
when you get into a marriage. It's for life.
if only Monday will come sooner then
all such thoughts will subside into a murmur.

I know Him too long to forget His touch
love Him too much to stop feeling that way

on 15th June 2005, I solemnly say "yes" to God.
a simple yes that encompasses all things.
not to be understood by man, but by Him alone.

My life for Christ

Yes, this blog is alive again! Finally, I decided that a sermon preached without any life examples in it, well, those sermons are just dead. That's why my pastors' sermons are so powerful; they share their life stories in them! SO that's just what I'm going to do. Enjoy reading and may the Word speak to you as well! ;)
